On September 14th, we welcomed Michael Barelli and TJ Just who both work with New England Development, who owns the Outlets of Des Moines. Both TJ and Mike discused the new outlet mall that will open on Friday, October 20th in Altoona. The mall will have a total of 9 buildings with 300,000 SF.
