At this mornings meeting, Anna Bergman and the tree planting committee talked to us about the Waukee Rotary Club's efforts to plant trees this year. Rotary International president Ian Risely has challenged all 1.2 million Rotarians to plant a tree this year. The Waukee Rotary Club is working with Waukee Schools, the City of Waukee and Waukee Area Christian Services to plant trees.
