On Sunday, September 19, 2021, the Rotary Club of Waukee will host a Cornhole (aka ‘Bag Toss’) tournament which will serve as an opportunity to get together & also act as a small fundraiser.  The Club will ‘seed the pot’ with a $100 donation, and we ask other members to contribute as they are able.  In addition to these funds, a $10/person fee will be charged to participate in the event.  The Tournament will be limited to Waukee Rotary members, their spouses, and any prospective member that an existing member brings (highly encouraged).

The Tournament will be run using the below Covid-19 guidelines in order to provide a safe and fun environment.

Participants are encouraged to bring a personal mask, a lawn chair, & their own drinks (adult beverages are fine but liquor is not allowed nor is glass, per city code).

The winning team will have bragging rights and the opportunity to select one of the following to receive the event proceeds go to:

  • Food bank of Iowa
  • Waukee Area Christian Services Food Pantry & Free Clinic
  • Polio Plus
