Roadside Cleanup

On Saturday, September 24th 2016, Waukee Rotarians and friends picked up litter along the roadside of Ashworth Road from Maple Church to L.A. Grant Parkway. “Roadside Clean-ups” are scheduled twice a year (spring and fall) early on Saturday mornings . It is great fellowship and a great service to our community. Overall the ditches were fairly clean except for the number of cigarette butts and empty liquor bottles. A big thanks to ALL the Rotarians and friends who showed up to make Waukee a “cleaner” place.
