Rotary Club of Waukee Visioning Project

On October 2nd, Devon Murphy-Peterson, Matt Olson and Steve Banks presented the results of the Waukee Rotary Club Visioning Project that was held in August.  The results showed that the club has 3 main interests - How to deal with a growing club?    How do we engage our youth?  How to highly engage our new and current members?

There were several goals and wishes that the club has, including:  A great website with a working calendar, continually reaching out to the community, a solid onboard process for new members and more youth involvement.

The visioning project showed that the Waukee Rotary Club is successful because of community involvement and building leaders in the community.
